Une des fonctionnalités souvent gênante dans Windows 8, c’est que lorsqu’on clique sur un lien mail dans un site, l’application métro Courrier s’ouvre directement en plein écran. Si vous trouvez cela gênant, suivez ce tutoriel pour savoir comment changer le client de messagerie par défaut dans Windows 8.
Pour commencer, suivez les étapes ci-dessous.
Étape 1: Sur votre clavier appuyez sur Win+Q pour lancer une recherche et ensuite à l’intérieur champ de recherche tapez panneau de configuration (control panel).
Étape 2: Lancez le panneau de configuration.
Étape 3: Lorsque la fenêtre du Panneau de configuration s’ouvre, allez dans Programmes>Programmes par défaut.
Étape 4: Maintenant, cliquez sur le lien Associer un type de fichier ou un protocole à un programme.
Étape 5: Dans la nouvelle fenêtre qui s’ouvre, faites défiler la liste jusqu’en bas jusqu’à trouver MAILTO dans le champ Nom, puis double-cliquez dessus.
Étape 6: Une nouvelle fenêtre s’ouvrira pour vous demander comment voulez-vous ouvrir ce type de lien. Vous aurez peu de programmes à choisir comme par exemple Outlook, Google Chrome, Windows Live Mail, etc… Choisissez votre client de messagerie préféré et vous avez terminé.
